Deb has had a career as an airline pilot, flight crew check and training, safety investigator, chairmanship, consultant and lecturer. Deborah has led international teams and acted on behalf of the Transport Safety Institute of The Netherlands.

She has developed safety investigation training tailored specifically for airline operators, Air Traffic Control and clinical personnel.
